Yes. For catalogue apparel, you can choose the design option, base style, material, collar type, sleeve type, size, quantity, and supported logo or text details before checkout.
Pricing is based on the selected base style, collar, sleeve, material, size, quantity, and any supported customization. The total is calculated before you add the item to cart or proceed to checkout.
Catalogue orders can be prepared in small quantities, but orders below 10 pcs use low-order pricing. Bulk, corporate, gift, signage, or service orders may have different minimum quantities depending on the item and production method.
Production time depends on the item type, quantity, artwork details, and design complexity. Monakie will confirm the estimated completion date after reviewing your order.
Yes. Catalogue orders include a design preview and order review step so you can check the design, selected options, sizes, quantity, and total before checkout.
Please contact Monakie as soon as possible with your order or job details. Changes may be possible before confirmation or production starts, but may not be available once production has begun.
Adult sizes are available from 2XS to 8XL, while kids sizes are available from 24 to 32. Adult Muslimah and Kids Muslimah base styles are also available. Please check your size breakdown carefully before confirming.
The current checkout supports Pay at counter. Stripe and FPX options are shown in checkout but are temporarily disabled until Monakie enables online payment.
Delivery can be arranged by courier or bus, and the delivery cost is covered by the customer. COD may also be available with an additional COD charge. Pickup or counter collection can be arranged with Monakie.
